fantasy rp II: the revengening

Withering away into nothing but dust. Stag picks up Attu looking at Azeera There's a way to make him stronger than what he is. "May even try to fight again which was amusing but pathetic on both sides."

Nyx isn't bothering to listen to the conversation, only watching Stag and the corpse intently, waiting for their tanglebuddy to come back. Peridot is petting their tendrils, but they don't notice that either.

Lazuli and Peridot are having a hissed argument too quiet for anyone but maybe Nyx to hear- not that they care, they're not even blinking as they stare. The sisters are radiating heat as they bicker. If Ruby were here, she would slap both of them on the back of the head until they shut up.

Stag looks at Peridot and Nyx pulling off the remaining tendrils of Attu watching them all disintegrate into ash. "He won't be needing tendrils." Attu blows the ashes at the two. "Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust" Stag giggles, they may just keep Attu dead for a little while, they can probably turn him into well them!!! Inherited monster or not.

Zora finally bounces out of the shadows, hiding behind Nyx. This has gotten weirdly fascinating really fast.

Nyx lazily extends one tendril to pat the wolf's head, leaning back into Lazuli. Ten minutes, Stag says? They suppose they'll trust him. The sooner, the better- they don't require sleep, so neither should the mortals. They have a page to find and a guardian to battle!

Stag lays Attu down without care and rather hard, going inside their stomach putting a black substance in Attu's throat kicking him towards Nyx "There" Attu's chest rises slowly twitching his leg.

Nyx just watches the rise and fall of Attu's chest, not moving even to blink. Behind them, Peridot curses under her breath- she had rather hoped he would stay dead for longer. She's green with envy for someone else taking Nyx from her.

Attu breathes a little faster and starts to get up weak on his legs wobbling a from the weight.

Stag looks and grins maliciously "Your finally awake! Good to know. Not for some people but good" Stag looks at Peridot blankly "Weak! Weak of jealousy. That's going to be your pathetic downfall"

Downfall? Bullshit. Dragons are practically immortal, and Peridot more so by careful application of necromancy. She rolls her eyes at Stag and turns away. "Yeah, whatever."

Nyx smiles and extricates themselves from the miniature pile, almost bouncing over to Attu, where they hug him with all their tendrils. "Welcome back! Can we go now?"

Stag laughs "Have an attitude of a stubborn mule not to forget the ego." Stag mocks Peridot.

Attu hugs Nyx "Yeah, let's go" Attu walks to Peridot wobbling. "Okay, you did it. You killed me. Are we finished now?" Attu tilts his head down in a slight bow motion. "My father told me to stand down before the ones who defeat us"

Azeera shakes her head and vanishes into the shadow.

Peridot carefully ignores Stag, focusing on Attu's bowed head and reaching out to pet it. "We're done." For now. If she needs to, she'll kick Attu's ass clear to the next country.

Nyx claps and grabs for their hands, wrapping tendrils around their wrists and linking their own long, bony fingers through Attu and Peridot's. "Good tanglebuddies; best friends!" If even Ruby can get along with Attu, her grumpy little sister should be able to. Now they can have cuddle piles. Or, at least after they finish their journey. For now, they have a page to find.

They tug on Lazuli and Peridot with different tendrils, and the sisters exchange Looks that speak volumes as they let their wings tear out of their backs with the ripping sound of flesh, blood trickling down from where they emerged. Lazuli changes first, becoming a blue dragon, long of limb and wings, with golden specks dancing in her scales like stars. Peridot comes second, though in an attempt at modesty in hiding the contortions her frame goes through, she's surrounded by black smoke. When it clears, a delicate dragon, emerald-scaled, stands where she once did. She snags Attu, Stag, and Nyx with her tail, placing them carefully on her back, and her sister grabs the rest, including Felicity.

Nyx looks around for Azeera, sending tendrils racing through the shadows in a search for the wolf. Azeera? Come out, come out, wherever you are!

"Good. Hope it'll stay this way" Attu smiles at being petted being grabbed by Nyx their long skeleton like fingers. "I like the sound of that. Don't you? Best friend" Attu chuckles being hoisted up being grabbed by Peridot along with Stag and Nyx.

Stag looks at the tail that's latching on them getting picked up landing on Peridot's back. "Your shifting is impressive" Stag grins maliciously.

No need to shout, I was just sitting here Azeera says to Nyx from a different shadow, her eyes gleaming out from it.

Will you be riding with us? Or following us through your own ways? Nyx has never understood why so many mortals are scared of flying. The air is thin and and the sky is huge, unpopulated by all but flying creatures, most of which can't talk.

Peridot ignores Stag, turning her head away and huffing with a jet of green fire. She doesn't have to answer to some weird mammal!

Zora is still confused as fuck as to what's going on, all the she knows is she's on a dragons back. She bounces up and sits on peridots head, hehe she's already dead therefor she wins.

Um, what? That is not allowed! Peridot tosses her head, trying to throw the wolf off, but Nyx grabs Zora and drags her down to the safety of the hollow of Peridot's neck, pulling her into the makeshift cuddle pile of Nyx and Attu. "Bad dog.

Yay cuddles. All the cuddles. She curls up with Nyx, oh well even if she is a bad dog it's cool. It's all cool.

Attu grabs Zora "Heyo!" Attu cuddles with Nyx and Zora still weak but manageable.

Nyx pats the side of Peridot's neck, letting her know that they have all the passengers with a quick thought, and she takes off, followed by Lazuli. They spiral up into the sky, gem-like scales reflecting the light of stars. It turned to night during Attu and Peridot's fight, but they don't mind. Dragons can see in the dark.

Leaning back into the cuddle orgy, Nyx starts a quiet purr, resting their head on Zora's chest, their tendrils spread across Attu.
