I've got different ones for different moodswings when I'm basically different people, but for now I'm going with Dialing Paranoia by IA. Huge TW for self harm and suicide if you're gonna give it a listen (which you should because Ohhh my god).

My theme song would definetely be "This is Halloween" by Panic at the disco
